The restaurant embraces good simple Mediterranean cuisine.
The chef produces an outstanding selection of recipes with an emphasis on local seasonal produce. The Hacienda uses organic products from our vegetable garden. Whenever possible dining is alfresco.
The hacienda has two bars alfresco; the sunset bar in the West garden and the Luna bar in the East garden. One can enjoy a G&T or a sherry at the bar for an aperitif and after dinner enjoy a Jerez brandy or Pedro Ximenez.
