Roger Davies - Gastronomy & Wines tours

Roger is the founder of A Question of Taste. They offer a series of activities related to food and wine. Why not join him on a trip to the Sierra de Aracena, a mountainous area north-west of Seville near to the Portuguese border. It is here that the finest hams in the world are made from the Iberian pig and are considered by many people to be the jewel in the crown of Spanish gastronomy. He also hosts wine-tastings of Spanish wine accompanied by food at El Rinconcillo, the oldest tapas bar in Seville. As well as explaining how the wines are made and tasting the different styles he will show you how versatile they are with food. Roger also organizes private guided tours to the bodegas of Jerez and Sanlucar de Barameda including a tutored tasting of the different styles of wine, including high end wines not normally tasted you will also get the chance to sample some top brandies.
